"Chaos over comfort. Ship the board."

I'm a software engineer who loves chess and building things that help people play it. KnightLife is my corner of the internet for that — Stockfish on a clean board, openings to explore, puzzles to grind. It grew out of ♜ Chessentials, a project I started learning on; same love for the game, just evolved. Fun fact: chess started in India around the 6th century. The first "chess robot," the Mechanical Turk in 1770, was just a person hiding in a box. Beginner or not, we're just here to play chess.

What is KnightLife?

Stockfish in a black box. Move suggestions, position evals, and a board that doesn't blink. ♜ Chessentials started the journey. KnightLife is where it lives now.
